Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support the executive team at ANS Geo, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and office machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments, providing administrative support, and managing correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, creating reports and presentations, and managing documents
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics related to the geomatics industry
  • Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for business trips
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and documents
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including arranging for catering and setting up audio-visual equipment
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
