Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for North America regional and sub regional revenue planning, expense management, financial planning and analysis and standard monthly reporting for business leaders.
• Key point of contact for regional and subregional expense oversight for Finance and Business leaders with emphasis on cost savings.
• Analyzes revenue performance trends, corridor and brand performance, comparisons to budget and expense run rates to assess business risks or opportunities.
• Partners with Finance leaders to provide budget updates and variance explanations to executive leaders.
• Develops reports by accessing information from various financial systems and company databases to build insights into business performance.
• Assists in developing financial projections and building financial models.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math or Computer Science
• Strong excel modeling skills, SQL and database skills preferred
• 2+ years experience, or equivalent
• MBA preferred

Salary
The salary range is $65,000-105,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
