The Role:
The Social Media Associate supports all FREEBIRD Stores owned social channels by engaging and providing exceptional service by establishing relationships with our customers and followers by providing a memorable brand experience through social media.
They will serve as a community moderator and act as the customer service point person for all social channels, responding to and fielding concerns. We are seeking an energetic candidate, who loves all things social media. This person wants to develop an organic conversation with their best friends, our Flock community. By doing so they will post inspiring responses to comments, DMs, and brand hashtags while building our overall social media presence through engagement. You are the heart of our reputation, responsible for making sure our customers and followers are supported and recognized throughout their experience with FREEBIRD Stores.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-driven, and a highly organized individual with a thirst to know every social media trend and get ahead of the curve. Additionally, they will be confident, creative, bright, friendly, helpful, detail-oriented, and able to consistently perform at the highest level with minimal supervision. Candidates must be well-spoken and confident in their communication skills, as well as be proficient in all social platforms. In addition to continually creating ways to make the customers’ experience better, this position ensures feedback flows to all teams to improve and innovate our services.
