WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment
  • Maintain lawn and grass areas using machinery, fertilizers and chemicals. Including mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning.
  • Perform tasks to ensure the attractive and safe physical appearance of the facility such as raking, mulching, debris removal, snow removal, leaf blowing, power washing and gum removal.
  • Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and the removing of trash.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, lubricating parts, shafts, bearings, gears and other machinery, equipment or structural parts.
  • Maintain facility shops, working areas, tool and equipment storage in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Operate and efficiently use heavy equipment and machinery such as but not limited to power lifts, power washers, sweepers, snow removal devices, drill, saw, cutting torch, and welding equipment to repair or fabricate parts, fixtures and tools.
  • Install, maintain and operate irrigation and drainage systems as needed.
  • Supports all interior roles, such as plumbing, heating/ cooling, painting, repairing mechanical apparatuses.
  • Perform basic carpentry work including but not limited to woodwork and building, hanging or installing cabinets, selecting and preparing timber, board or other building products or materials, installing, repairing, maintaining or removing latches, handles and hinges.
  • Assist in emergency functions and procedures.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and three months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.
  • Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside. In addition to the pre-employment background check, this position will be subject to periodic checks of your driving record in order to determine your continued suitability to drive company and/or patron vehicles.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
  • Must be comfortable and able to work on a ladder of 20 feet.
  • Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Outside and inside work; hot, cold, rain, snow conditions.
