We are looking for a Grower to join our team and help us produce high-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire growing process, from seed selection and planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling. The Grower will also be responsible for monitoring the environment, controlling pests, and ensuring that the plants receive the right amount of water and nutrients. Additionally, the Grower will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of plants.
• Ensure proper watering and fertilization of plants.
• Identify and diagnose plant diseases and pests.
• Implement pest control strategies.
• Propagate plants through cuttings, grafting, or other methods.
• Maintain records of growth and development of plants.
• Harvest crops according to schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Colorado Springs, CO 80920: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
