Overview:
YNV Group is seeking a Head of Content to lead our content strategy for YNV Tech Talent and author content that addresses client needs and enables our sales team. A skilled and experienced content creator, you will be involved in all aspects of the YNV Tech Talent Content strategy, from the creation of a company tone of voice guide and management of direct reports and freelance copywriters to the creation and direction of content across a variety of formats and channels.
The Head of Content role is based remotely in the USA and reports into the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret stakeholder requirements and distill complex issues and ideas into simple, compelling content to capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Author our Tone of Voice guides for Tek Experts, elev8, and Cytek.
  • Conduct in-depth research on topics related to the industry and create content that positions our brands as effective solutions for clients and their customers.
  • Create, direct, and edit content in various formats including blog articles, case studies, eBooks, company descriptions, website copy, press releases, infographics, video scripts, sales presentations, social media, advertising materials and social media.
  • Manage content team and freelance copywriters, ensuring that stakeholder deadlines are met, and the team is performing against agreed KPIs. Collaborate frequently with a range of team members and stakeholders to strategize on content and campaign goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and target audience stakeholders and develop original and relevant content adhering to SEO best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or another related field.
  • Ten years of professional experience, including proven content writing and/or copywriting experience.
  • Excellent research, writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with designers to visually express content in compelling ways.
  • A strong understanding of copywriting best practices across email marketing, SEO, websites and other channels.
  • A detail-oriented team player with a positive, can-do attitude who is able to successfully manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment and collaborate in a diverse, global team.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
