Position Summary
This position manages the Customer Service inventory, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained, reorder points are properly set and stagnant material is properly dispositioned. The ICS provides analysis on inventory levels and gives recommendations to management acting as the single point of contact for Customer Service material needs. This dual role position assists the procurement team by being the liaison with Quality on incoming materials needs and returns, including contacting suppliers for needed documentation and ensuring returns are completed in a timely manner.
