Join our team that is revolutionizing steam cleaning technology! Our team of passionate steam enthusiasts is seeking a new team member to help us keep up with the growing demand for our products.

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor/Manager to handle all shipping and logistics matters and manage our inventory of over 3000 items. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in various logistics areas such as parcel shipping, LTL, international logistics, and incoterms. Additionally, the right candidate will enjoy working independently, wearing multiple hats while collaborating with team members to advance the department as we grow.

Responsibilities Summarized

• Pick/Pack/ship orders and track shipments. Issue and process RMA's
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities - Record all warehouse data.
• Organizes and maintains inventory, storage areas and ensures an accurate inventory count
• Identify areas of improvement and establish or adjust existing work procedures and practices innovatively
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Ensures inventory transactions are accurate
• Provides reports from the inventory control system
• Ensures compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and standards
• Demonstrates problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization of work to resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Fully vaccinated against COVID19 and willing to follow city, state and federal safety guidelines as well as those put forth by the company
• College degree or equivalent work experience in Inventory Management
• Previous inventory management experience
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Extensive experience managing and reconciling inventory in a robust ERP or WMS system
• Comfortable with navigating computer/software programs
• Extensive experience with inventory counts and audits
• Creative-minded and strong problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
