The Laboratory Services Manager will be leading two newly-renovated laboratories at these community hospitals that are part of a tight-knit population. This hospital has earned its great reputation by offering a comprehensive continuum of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services, including cardiopulmonary care, obstetrics and maternity care, pain management, emergency care as well as diagnostic imaging, screening, and testing.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager of Laboratory Services will lead 2 outstanding teams of MLS, MT, and CLS prepared Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Scientists. With the support of 2 supervisors at each location, the Manager of Laboratory Services will receive plenty of support in the Laboratories.

The Laboratory Services Manager will oversee 2 cutting-edge units that were recently updated. Serving an integral role in the laboratory, the Clinical Laboratory Manager will take oversight of the day to day operations of two laboratory sites, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and productivity. The Manager of Laboratory Services will also direct staff, ensure budget compliance, and contribute to hiring processes.
