Job Classification:

M-F FT/LT 7:30-5:00 $15 per hour Full-Time Position.

Summary:

The Production Worker/ Laborer will be responsible for performance & assembly of finished products in mattress factory. This includes inspection product to ensure high quality is achieved. This position follows standard work methods and practices to ensure clean and safe work environment.

Job Description/Functions:

The production worker position will be placed in one of the following areas as needed.

• Loading & Delivery

This area includes packaging, inspecting, and loading truck.

• Each area position will be involved in a number of tasks throughout the plant.

Work Schedule:

This is a full- time position. Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. There may be days required to stay to finish daily orders.

Work Environment:

The employee will be exposed to moving equipment throughout the plant as well as noise from equipment.

Physical Demands:

This position requires employee to stand for majority of shift as well as lifting. Lifting requirement of 50+ lbs. Please know that mattresses and box springs are loaded by hand so it is important that those that apply must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds consistently.
