We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, replacing light bulbs, and cleaning and maintaining the grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Repair and replace defective parts.
• Perform basic carpentry work.
• Clean and maintain work areas and tools.
• Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
