Marketing Specialist Summary:
This position will be assisting the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing responsibilities including advertising plans and marketing strategies, social media, digital content, marketing events and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for coordinating the creation of, implementing and monitoring of all advertising and marketing strategies.
- Be responsible for all advertising schedules, budgets and related results and reporting.
- Be responsible for coordinating all PR stories and related efforts to support marketing initiatives and new home communities.
- Help create and manage eMarketing activities for internal and external customers and homeowners, including eblasts and newsletters, as needed.
- Work with the marketing team (division, regional and corporate) to develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies, concepts, and ideas for communities and homes for the division.
- Help to manage inventory of marketing/digital assets including, but not limited to photography, floorplans, elevations, maps, digital sales presentation tools, and virtual model tours.
- Help manage and monitor online content including Lennar.com, landing pages, paid promotions.
- Help with social media presence and posts on social media platforms.
- Help create online content, including writing copy, taking video, researching ideas and conceiving of new ideas.
- Help with external and internal division events.
- Attend all marketing division meetings, calls, events both onsite and virtual.
- Help maintain, update and distribute inventory of sales and marketing collateral when needed.
- Provide support for the new communities process from initial start-up to sales launch, including advertising, promotion and events.
- Provide general support to sales team and staff – on all marketing advertising initiatives, collateral, projects, events, meetings and other, as needed
- Be knowledgeable about all Lennar current and upcoming communities, including floorplans, locations, schedules.
- Foster and promote a Team Environment
- In addition, the candidate will be required to cross train with the other support staff in the Sales and Marketing Department
- Ability to work overtime.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of marketing, organizational and/or administrative experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Unrestricted Motor Vehicle License
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Proficient in creative programs and adaptive to learning new platforms
- SalesForce knowledge a plus
- Tableau knowledge a plus
- JD Edwards knowledge a plus
- Graphic design experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organization & communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines
- Proficient in social media and digital media
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong time management skills
- Accurate keyboarding ability
- Excellent grammatical & mathematical skills
- Takes pride in work
Physical Requirements:
Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
