At Veterans Easy Trash (VETS) we are revolutionizing the junk removal industry. With an already successful operation we are looking for an Operations Manager to add to our leadership team and take our Charlotte location to the next level.

This position will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

• Ensuring end to end delivery of commercial and residential junk removal and dumpster rentals.
• Ensuring all best practices are followed and jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring all equipment and vehicles are maintained in a safe and professional fashion.
• Working directly with CEO to implement strategic visions to fuel the growth of the company.
• Interacting with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and build brand equity.
• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all clients and enstilling the same in all employees.
• Hiring, firing and conducting performance reviews with staff.
• Running payroll reports and ensuring complete accuracy.
• Reviewing monthly and quarterly financials and goals to ensure the branch is on target to be successful.
• Submitting quotes and scheduling jobs with current and potential clients.
• Responsible to ensuring technology is implemented and used appropriately in a scalable way across all teams.

The ideal Candidate:

• Will have excellent time management skills
• Be comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing while being able to problem solve using logic and various processes.
• Have basic computer, word, excel and email skills.
• Will require little to no supervision.
• Is highly ethical
• Comfortable leading teams to accomplish daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Compensation:

• This position will offer a base salary ranging between $42,000 and $47,000 depending on experience. This is an entry level managment position with room to grow. Other benefits to be discussed during interviews.
• Eligible for bonus of up to 10% of your base salary after 12 months.
• Opportunity for significant growth within the company.

**Please note that Florida is a new, growing market for us and this position will require regular, weekly travel to other markets outside of Orlando including Tampa, Fort Myers, Melbourne, Jacksonville and potentially others. As the business grows we will implement teams in those areas that you will have the opportunity to oversee (position and pay will change/increase)
