A Warehouse Picker is an employee who builds pallets and loads for Sales Dept and route trucks.

The responsibilities of a Warehouse Builder below are mandates and must be followed. They include but not limited to:

• Arrives at work on time.
• Perform maintenance & safety checks of the forklift and pallet jack in the beginning of the shift to ensure that it operates properly.
• Cleans up the front shell area.
• Cleans damage and out-of-date section.
• Builds pallets for the Sales Dept.
• Builds loads for the route trucks.
• Builds loads for hot-shots.
• Cleans warehouse when building job is done.
• Helps with customers.
• Cleans forklift and pallet jack according to the weekly requirement.
• Communicates with Warehouse Manager/Floor Supervisor on all aspects of warehouse operation, including:
• Any safety/quality/inventory issues.
• When equipment is malfunctioning.
• Before leaving workstation during breaks and at the end of the shift.
• Performs all tasks necessary in order to obtain desired warehouse operation goal.

The job description of a Warehouse Builder may change and they could be asked to perform duties outside of this document.

As a team member an employee is also responsible for:

• Safety of their own and other employees
• Quality and food safety of finished product
• Helping fellow team members to accomplish their responsibilities
• Cleanliness of the facility
