Highly anticipated artisanal donut bakery offering artfully decorated craft donuts and beverages. Opening in Cincinnati, Ohio this Summer. We are a scratch bakery offering seasonally delicious products and providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.
We are seeking an awesome, skillful pastry cook to join our team!

What You’ll Do
As Pastry Cook/Decorator you will learn all aspect of the Kitchen
  • Dough mixing
  • Cutting, Proofing, Frying Dough
  • Decorating
  • Prep
  • Decorate donuts and other pastry items by following company standards and instructions laid out by the company
  • Cut, proof and Fry various types of dough per company standards and instructions laid out by the Pastry Chef
  • Mix dough for the production assigned to specifications of recipes
  • Follow the production schedule given each day
  • Scale and prepare recipes
  • Communicating with team members about donut numbers and quality throughout the day
  • Visually identify quality or bad product before and after it is mixed. Removes unacceptable product
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, microwaves, mixers, and floors
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Executive Pastry Chef immediately
  • Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Have a valid driver’s license/ own transportation.
  • Must have flexible time availability and be available weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Need to be able to work on their feet for long stretches.
