As the Permit Coordinator, responsibilities will include filing, submitting, and tracking permits across multiple agencies and jurisdictions simultaneously in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia (more states may apply depending on future permit locations). The Permit Coordinator will be the main source of contact for any agencies with open permits, and new permit requests; and will also be tasked with keeping a rolling list of contacts for all municipalities with active permits and prior permits to streamline the permitting process. Permits will include, but not be be limited to: Right-of-Way permitting, Occupancy Permits, Conduit Lease permits, Utility Installation permits, and Railroad Permits from Cities, Villages, Townships, Counties, Railroads, and State or Federal Municipalities.
