ECS is seeking a Project Coordinator to work in our Bethesda, MD office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

  • Work with federal senior leadership to plan for and execute high-priority programs and projects, including project management and coordination support.
  • Support senior-level, high-profile scientific meetings, including meeting minutes, action item tracking, materials preparation and related logistics.
  • Provide support for high-visibility strategic programs including, developing and maintaining MS Project schedules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop project SharePoint sites and maintain content for various client projects.
  • Conduct ad hoc presentations on project management templates and guides.
  • Coordinate efforts across other administrative roles and support Program Manager with management of the more junior administrative support staff.

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree (client must approve)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Project
  • Experience planning executive travel, managing schedules, and coordinating with other executive admins
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically to effectively assess clients’ situation and assemble solutions to meet needs

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
