What You Will Do: As a Project Engineer in Land Development:

• You will take a lead design role on multiple private development projects and help guide these projects through the local approval process.
• You will work on projects ranging from large master planned communities for national developers to small commercial sites.
• You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-schedule, on-budget projects for our clients. For larger projects, you will assist a senior project manager in delivering client value.
• You will use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities.
• You will also market and secure work from new and existing clients, formulate strategies for increasing market share, and lead the proposal process when necessary.
• Your experience level will determine the amount of independent judgment granted, the complexity of tasks performed, and direct supervision received.

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field from an accredited school and five or more years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
• Colorado PE license or the ability to obtain their license within twelve months.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent advocacy, communication and organizational skills are required.
• Advanced Civil 3D skills are a plus.
