Recruiting Specialist responsibilities:

• Adhere to Joint Commission standards at all times
• Recruit and qualify clinical staff for all open positions with urgency
• Assist new employees with completing new hire forms
• Post open positions on available job boards
• Create new creative ideas to attract staff including utilizing the available resources
• Work closely with all team members to ensure jobs are being filled in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of the market, staffing industry, and pertinent labor laws
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the staffing and placement services offered by Express and well as pricing techniques and strategies
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Update and maintain associates expiring documents in support of the Credentialing Specialist/ Credentialing Manager
• Other duties as assigned.

Recruiting Specialist Requirements:

Seeking candidates that are passionate, have great communication skills, are detail-oriented, and are able to multi-task

Minimum 6 months of office, customer service, or sales experience

Proven ability to take initiative, build strong relationships, and have critical thinking skills
