The CGH Group LLC is a small business in Fort Wayne IN comprised of 4 individuals with over 60 years combined in the restaurant industry. We are local, and all started from the bottom and worked our way to the top. We are not a large out of state corporation with a name and no faces. You will see us working side by side with you as we are very involved with the day to day operation of the business.

We're looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in restaurant management, inspired by the hospitality industry and passionate about developing their professional skills while being part of a dynamic company. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, including hiring and training, inventory management, food safety, improving service and quality, and ensuring restaurant compliance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of restaurant customers.
• Make sure the restaurant is clean.
• Manage the restaurant.
• Supervise workers.
• Communicate with business partners.
• Be a team leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
