Project Manager (Disaster Restoration)
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: REMOTE + up to 25% Travel
Compensation: $80K + Bonus

Requirements: Disaster Restoration Project Management
We are a nationwide disaster restoration and reconstruction firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage restoration jobs nationwide.
The Project Manager can be based anywhere in the country, and their day-to-day will involve working from home outside of when travel is necessary to put eyes on larger jobs.
- Our Project Managers are never hands-on
- Our Project Managers primarily work from home
- Per diem and company credit card provided when traveling
- Our top-performing Project Managers make $10K-$20K in bonus per quarter
You will be leading on-site personnel to provide quality work and meeting deadlines while keeping a high level of integrity and supporting a team environment:
- Maintaining consistent involvement in the commercial loss arena to ensure all project activities are fulfilled
- Monitoring activity on all projects per the lead on-site technician's feedback
- Estimating via Xactimate and T&M price lists
- Preparing insurance/non-insurance estimates to be submitted to potential and existing clients
- Maintaining awareness of day-to-day job costs as it pertains to labor, material and equipment
- Assigning new and existing subcontractors per projects to ensure activities are completed thoroughly and efficiently
- Confirming all requirement documentation has been completed per service standards
- Substantial experience managing mitigation projects
- Xactimate estimating experience is a plus but not required (will train if needed)
- Reconstruction experience is a plus but not required
- Ability for up to 25% travel for larger jobs is required
- Base Salary ($80K)
