Position: Return & Exchange Associate Seasonal (Part Time)

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am - 4:30 pm EST

Overview:

The Return & Exchange Associate is responsible for all aspects regarding returns and exchanges. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing returns/exchanges via web software, manually updating inventory, and cleaning/re-barcoding products.

Some of Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of products in order to prevent inventory discrepancies
• Processing returns/exchanges by manually inspecting products to ensure the correct item received matches the return software
• Inspects incoming products for cleanliness or defects
• Restock inventory
• Detailed note-taking skills to enter accurate return information on customer accounts
• Ensure accurate counting of inventory
• Review all products have the correct labels, tags, and barcodes
• If the Returns Department is caught-up on work, occasional job sharing may occur. This includes assisting our Fulfillment Associates with fulfilling and packing customer orders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to perform mathematical skills, basic computer function like Word and Office Suite and complete reports.
• Must be willing and able to lift packages anywhere from 2-50lbs.
