Job Description

Modio started back in 2014 when a group of individuals with different backgrounds all of which included providers, credentialing experts, and developers. This team came together with a goal focusing on how to simplify the credentialing process. As Modio has continued to expand internally and externally, specifically in its Customer Success and Support teams. We are finding that we are needing additional support and looking for a positive, goal-focused individual with a drive and passion to support the clients in a team-based atmosphere.

Our daily goal as a team is to provide our clients with a high-touch, high satisfaction experience in support of their use within the credentialing management platform OneView. We accomplish this in a team-orientated and collaborative environment that is not only fast-paced but, also ever-changing.
