American Eagle Builders has been serving homeowners throughout North Texas as the premier exterior home remodeling company since 1984. We take pride in winning, but never at the cost of outstanding customer service and quality work, and we’re now expanding our team of Inside Sales Telemarketers.

Compensation and Training:

Our Inside Sales Telemarketer base wages start at a base $13 per hour plus bonuses with an earning potential of $20+ per hour through successful sales.

Your potential responsibilities would include …

• Make outbound calls to potential customers about our exterior home remodeling services.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1 year in a Call Center or Telemarketing position
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Ability to provide customers with a 5-star experience

Experience in these areas is a plus!

• Scheduling
• Online CRM software (Jobber, Service Titan etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
