The CMU Supervisor serves as supervisor and role model of clinical practices for inpatient physiologic and video monitoring. Provides direct clinical supervision to technical employees and spends the majority of time achieving clinical organizational objectives through the coordinated clinical achievements. Manages the accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and physical resources to facilitate coordinate safe quality patient care in compliance with departmental and organizational goals and objectives. Functions with a high degree of autonomy and shares 24/7 management responsibility with Nurse Services Manager. Salary range: $29.12-$64.27 Hourly

EKG Certification, required BLS from the ARC or AHA, required 3 to 5 years recent monitor tech experience in an acute care setting, required Previous supervisory experience, required Ability to recognize and interpret all variations of ECG.
