Forney Pool Care is a leading provider of pool maintenance and repair services in Forney, Heath, Rockwall and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Utility Tech to join our team. The Utility Tech will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' pools are clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain new customer’s pools to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Perform routine filter cleaning to ensure proper water filtration.
• Conduct pool equipment repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry levels for optimal pool performance.
• Keep accurate records of pool maintenance and repairs performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees on pool maintenance procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is required, 2 years preferred.
• Proficient in filter cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with water chemistry and pool chemical treatment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
