The facility is specifically looking for a Hospital Actuary with a background of at least 2 years in a similar position at a 200+ bed hospital. It is also helpful to have 3+ years of experience with databases and spreadsheets with a bachelors degree in statistics, or other related field. This position in a remote opportunity, but the Actuary must reside locally within a few states that this organization is located including CA, HI, CO, etc. to be considered at this time.

Hospital Actuary will be responsible for using electronic health records from national databases to condense information after analyzing. They will be fully responsible of creating and filing financial reports monthly, and annually, and must be capable to do so. Previous knowledge of proposed legislation at the state level as well as federal is entirely important in being successful in this role.
