Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Front-End Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and experience building responsive and user-friendly web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing visual designs, creating, and maintaining web components, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
• Implement responsive design for all web pages and ensure optimal viewing experiences across all devices
• Develop and maintain front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to meet accessibility standards and best practices
• Optimize front-end performance and load times for web pages, using techniques such as lazy loading, minification, and compression
• Work with backend developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems and ensure seamless functionality
• Conduct cross-browser testing and debugging to ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of front-end code and processes
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
• Experience and knowledgeable with WordPress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with responsive web design and development
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS
• Knowledge of accessibility and web standards, including WCAG 2.0 and Section 508
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to implement SEO optimizations for front- end code
• Experience with front-end testing and debugging tools, such as Chrome DevTools or Firefox Debugger
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
