Our mobile Veterinary Community Clinics provide high quality preventive and wellness pet care services including diagnostic tests, vaccinations, preventive medications, microchipping, nail trims and a wellness check commensurate with the services administered.
Essential Functions/Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to clients by answering questions, and assisting them through the clinic process
  • Responsible for all clinic execution, including before the van exits the warehouse until it returns, and ensures that all protocol/procedures are followed
  • Responsible for all rig equipment including company vehicle, ensuring that van, product and equipment are being handled appropriately and are secured
  • Supervise and assist the clinic assistants, monitoring processes, procedures, and client interactions
  • Provide coaching to new employees and double check work for accuracy
  • Resolve all client issues, document and follow up as needed
  • Make recommendations for services and products to clients based on their pet’s lifestyle
  • Scan pets for microchips
  • Clean up after pets including saliva, urine, feces, and vomit
  • Ensure current POS material is displayed in all partner locations; ensure partner staff are aware of current clinic setups and all promotions
  • Inspect POS material at each clinic location for wear and tear and Bio Note what needs to be ordered
  • Drive van responsibly to and from clinics; load and unload vans upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure all clinical stations are operating appropriately
  • Live our values and reinforce our brand promise with our partners, clients and team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Training

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Must complete VIP Rig Supervisor Accolade training and requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Safe driving record

Environment

  • Must enjoy and be comfortable working with pets of all sizes and temperaments, including handling and lifting animals as necessary
  • Ability to drive motor vehicles for long hours and in various terrain and weather conditions
  • Large percentage of work day may be spent in vehicle
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Work for prolonged periods of time at a desk utilizing a computer
  • Work for prolonged periods of time in the field, including 12-14 hours days on occasion
  • Fast-paced, fluid work environment
  • Lift up to 150 pounds assisted
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Stand/walk/move about for prolonged periods of time while at a clinic
  • Schedule includes varied days and times, including most weekends, with occasional overnight and some holiday work
  • Some outdoor clinic work and activities may be necessary
