• Located in Port Angeles, WA
• $18.75-$19.75/hour, DOE
• Full-Time, Friday-Tuesday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Requirements

• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening
• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Make reservations, greet and check guests in and out of the hotel as needed
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software
• Excellent math skills
• An eye for detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work overnight

General Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Process invoices, post checks from vendors
• Reconcile accounts
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• Keep accurate financial records
• Help prepare for forecasts and audits
• Check that the hotel is clean and in good condition at the end of the day
• Manage the nightly operations in the hotel''s laundry room and breakfast set up
• Make sure that breakfast is set up before the end of shift
• Inventory hotel supplies, including breakfast inventory, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products
• Perform late-night duties such as cleaning up after parties and checking in with guests
• Ensure that all laundry has been completed and finish any that was left from the earlier shift
• Handle any customer service issues that may arise
