Job Description

National nonprofit providing educational services seeks temp to perm Education Project Coordinator to assist with logistics and planning of conferences and events.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with conference and meeting logistics.
  • Collect and distribute speaker materials.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Provide technical support for all virtual conferences and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize databases to organize contact information for all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison between internal staff and speakers.
  • Maintain relationships with external organizations to ensure successful completion of training programs.
  • Organize calls and meetings with stakeholders to offer training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement educational programs and events.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization’s Learning Management System.

Qualifications:
  • Familiar with virtual conference platforms and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience managing and setting up projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Ability to travel to conferences as necessary.

Salary:
  • $60,000 - $63,000 per year.

Rate:
  • $20 per hour.
