Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve account reconciliations, flux analysis and journal entries as part of the month-end close process
• Identify, implement, and perform key SOX controls for his or her respective area
• Research technical accounting issues and document findings in accounting memorandums
• Lead implementation of new accounting guidance
• Identify and implement process efficiencies for his or her respective area
• Work closely with Business Development to understand new product offerings or new markets and accounting implications
• Review and update accounting policies
• Manage interactions with external auditors and review deliverables prior to submission
• Assists with the preparation of financial reports
