• Filing and grinding of metal to clean parts or to produce a close fit between parts.
• Drills, taps, or reams holes.
• Aligns components, and bolts them together.
• Installs moving parts, such as shafts or bearings, and works them to test free movement.
• Aligns and meshes gears to assemble a system of gears.
• Installs mesh cloth, perforated plate, or urethane panels.
• Tests or assists in the testing operation of the completed product.
• Uses hoists and cranes to move or assemble subcomponents.
• Operates magnetic drills, grinders, reamers, and impacts as necessary.
• Responsible for the care and use of tools, and returns to crib when done.

• Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely, up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must be proactive and a self-starter.
• Must have good attendance.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be able to problem-solve & troubleshoot in real-time.
• MUST be able to pass a drug screen.

• 2nd and 3rd shift availability must train on 2nd shift.
• 2 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 6 am Monday - Friday.

• $18.93 per hour.
• $2 shift bonus on the 2nd and 3rd after 90 days.
• Full benefits after 90 days.
