Real Estate Internship

The Group has been the top producing company in Northern Colorado since 1976. What really matters is that

relationships and trust. Our relationships with our customers and with each other are more important than the
money or the deal.

We have designed our system for our customerswe are the only company in Northern Colorado with inhouse
mortgage services, a title company, a property management company, a relocation department to
assist both corporate and individual moves, and dedicated staff to make sure details of your transaction from
listing to closing are taken care of.

We are seeking a summer intern candidate that will assist in key projects supporting our real estate business
while also participating in a rotation through our functional departments and providing assistance to each
department during their time in those functional areas each week.

Overarching projects for summer:

Marketing/IT (will work on both projects across summer program)

• Facebook/Instagram (just listed) management
• CRM OnBoarding Assistance to Brokers
• Group Guarantee Move Process Streamlined
• Group Mortgage Questionnaire / Survey created

Functional Rotation thru Organization:

In addition to internship projects across the summer weeks, the program would rotate intern through all parts of the
business with the task to assess possible streamlining or improvements to processes in each function or perform tasks
as requested while candidate rotates through various functions.

Week by week potential rotation schedule as follows:

• Week 1 3 : Marketing & Technology
• Week 4 6 : GFP introduction to all 4 JV companies
• Week 7 & 8 : Life in the Day of Residential Brokers
• Week 9 : Life in the Day of Investment Brokers
• Week 10: Life in the Day of Commercial Brokers
• Week 11 12 : Life in the Day of Pod Assistants, Escrow and Finance

Expectation to meet summer project tasks by end of 12 weeks as well as provide brief at end of summer internship
experience.
